Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to the most common questions about PredyX.
General
What is Polymarket and how does PredyX work with it?
Polymarket is the world's largest prediction market — a decentralized platform where people trade on the probability of real-world events (elections, sports, crypto prices, etc.) using USDC on the Polygon blockchain. PredyX is a Telegram bot that provides a fast, mobile-first interface to trade on Polymarket without needing a browser, wallet extension, or technical setup. PredyX connects to your on-chain wallet and executes trades directly on Polymarket's smart contracts.
Do I need a crypto wallet to get started?
No. PredyX automatically creates a non-custodial wallet for you on your first /start. You don't need MetaMask, Privy, or any other wallet extension. The wallet is generated on-device and encrypted with your Telegram account credentials. You only need to deposit USDC (on Polygon) to the wallet address the bot gives you.
How does copy trading work — am I risking real money?
Yes — copy trading uses real USDC from your wallet. When you activate copy trading, PredyX mirrors a selected whale trader's Polymarket positions using your configured allocation (e.g., $20 per trade). You control the maximum bet size and can pause or stop at any time. Start small while you evaluate which whales perform well for your risk tolerance.
Does PredyX have access to my private keys or funds?
No. PredyX is non-custodial. Your private key is generated and encrypted on your device and is never transmitted to PredyX servers in plaintext. PredyX signs transactions locally using your key and only broadcasts the signed transaction to the Polygon network. PredyX cannot move your funds without your key.
What are the fees for using PredyX?
PredyX charges a 1% flat fee on each copied trade's notional value. This fee applies only to copy trading — limit orders, wallet tracking, price alerts, and manual position management are completely free. There are no subscription fees, monthly costs, or withdrawal fees. High-volume traders can request custom rates. See Fees & Pricing for full details.
How quickly does the bot execute trades and send alerts?
PredyX targets <200ms average execution from trigger to on-chain broadcast. Copy trades execute in under 50ms from whale detection. Alerts are sent within 1–3 seconds of the triggering on-chain event. Actual transaction confirmation time depends on Polygon network conditions (typically 2–10 seconds).
Is PredyX available on mobile?
Yes — PredyX is built for mobile. Since it runs entirely through Telegram, it works on any device that supports Telegram: iOS, Android, desktop, and web. No app download required beyond having Telegram installed.

Can I use PredyX without a VPN?
Yes. Unlike Polymarket's web interface (which may be geo-restricted in some regions), PredyX operates via Telegram which is available globally. You do not need a VPN to use any PredyX feature from any country.
What happens if I lose access to my Telegram account?
Export your private key via /settings → Wallet → Export Private Key while you still have access. Store it securely offline. With your private key, you can always import your wallet into MetaMask or any other wallet and access your funds directly on-chain — independent of PredyX.
Which blockchain network does PredyX use?
PredyX uses the Polygon network, which is also the network Polymarket runs on. Deposit USDC on Polygon (native USDC or USDC.e) to fund your wallet. Gas fees on Polygon are typically under $0.01 per transaction.
Troubleshooting
The bot isn't responding to my commands.
Try sending /start to reinitialize the session. If the bot still doesn't respond, check @predyx_support for any service status announcements. Telegram Bot API outages can occasionally cause delays.
My limit order wasn't executed even though the price was reached.
This can happen if: (1) The price moved briefly to your trigger level but liquidity was insufficient at that exact moment. (2) Your slippage tolerance was too tight — try increasing it to 2–3%. (3) Your wallet balance was too low to cover the trade amount plus gas. Check your balance with /wallet and adjust slippage in /settings.
I'm not receiving whale alerts or price notifications.
Check /settings → Notifications to ensure alerts are enabled. Also check that you haven't blocked or muted the PredyX bot in Telegram. If notifications are on and you're still not receiving them, try pausing and resuming your wallet tracker or alert via the relevant command.
My withdrawal transaction is stuck / pending.
Polygon transactions rarely get stuck, but if they do it's usually due to a very low gas price during network congestion. Check the transaction hash (provided in the withdrawal confirmation) on PolygonScan. If still pending after 30 minutes, contact support with the transaction hash.
