Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to the most common questions about PredyX.
General
What is Polymarket and how does PredyX work with it?
Polymarket is the world's largest prediction market — a decentralized platform where people trade on the probability of real-world events (elections, sports, crypto prices, etc.) using USDC on the Polygon blockchain. PredyX is a Telegram bot that provides a fast, mobile-first interface to trade on Polymarket without needing a browser, wallet extension, or technical setup. PredyX connects to your on-chain wallet and executes trades directly on Polymarket's smart contracts.
Do I need a crypto wallet to get started?
No. PredyX automatically creates a Polygon wallet for you when you first send /start. No MetaMask, Privy, or wallet extension required. Just deposit USDC (on Polygon) to the address the bot shows you and you're ready to trade.
How does copy trading work — am I risking real money?
Yes — copy trading uses real USDC from your wallet. When you activate copy trading, PredyX mirrors a selected leader wallet's Polymarket trades using your configured allocation. You control the amount per trade, daily limits, stop-loss, and can pause or delete a source at any time. You can have up to 3 active sources at once. Start with small amounts while you evaluate performance.
How are my private keys stored? Is it safe?
Your Polygon private key is stored encrypted on PredyX's servers. It is never stored in plaintext and is only used internally for signing transactions — it is not transmitted outside the system. You can export your key at any time via /settings → Export Private Key and import it into MetaMask or any other standard wallet.
What are the fees?
0.5% on every trade (manual and copy trading). 1% on POL ↔ USDC swaps. 1% on Solana → Polygon bridge deposits. No subscription, no monthly fee, no withdrawal fee. Wallet tracking is free. See Fees & Pricing for full details.
Is there a referral program?
Yes. Invite friends using your referral link from /referral and earn a share of their trading fees: 25% from direct referrals (Tier 1), 5% from their referrals (Tier 2), and 3% from Tier 3. Payouts are automatic once you reach 0.05 USDC.
What languages does the bot support?
English, Russian, French, and Greek. Use /language to switch at any time.

Can I use PredyX without a VPN?
Yes. PredyX runs through Telegram, which is available globally. You do not need a VPN to use any PredyX feature.
What happens if I lose access to my Telegram account?
Export your private key via /settings → Export Private Key while you still have access. With your private key you can import your wallet directly into MetaMask or any other Polygon-compatible wallet — your funds remain accessible on-chain independent of PredyX.
Which blockchain does PredyX use?
Polygon — the same network Polymarket runs on. Deposit USDC or USDC.e on Polygon to fund your wallet. You can also bridge USDC from Solana via /fund. Gas fees on Polygon are typically under $0.01 per transaction.
Troubleshooting
The bot isn't responding to my commands.
Try sending /start to reinitialize the session. If the bot still doesn't respond, check @predyx_support for any service status announcements. Telegram Bot API outages can occasionally cause delays.
My limit order wasn't executed even though the price was reached.
This can happen if: (1) The price moved briefly to your trigger level but liquidity was insufficient at that exact moment. (2) Your slippage tolerance was too tight — try increasing it to 2–3%. (3) Your wallet balance was too low to cover the trade amount plus gas. Check your balance with /wallet and adjust slippage in /settings.
I'm not receiving whale alerts or price notifications.
Check /settings → Notifications to ensure alerts are enabled. Also check that you haven't blocked or muted the PredyX bot in Telegram. If notifications are on and you're still not receiving them, try pausing and resuming your wallet tracker or alert via the relevant command.
My withdrawal transaction is stuck / pending.
Polygon transactions rarely get stuck, but if they do it's usually due to a very low gas price during network congestion. Check the transaction hash (provided in the withdrawal confirmation) on PolygonScan. If still pending after 30 minutes, contact support with the transaction hash.
